Waste of time and money. ALL customer service is put towards getting you as a new customer, NOT finding best deals or helping with ANY requests. At end of day, spending as much time handling my own account, not sure what 'broker' is being paid for. Recent headache, advised 2 months out we wanted to NOT renew our insurance, and are now wasting A LOT of time to pursue and make sure 2 simple docs are received. Pretty sure 5 star ratings are paid employees, don't waste time call insurance companies yourself. Thank Jana Jones in Alberta for the "outstanding" customer service

She even sent my file over to my lawyer after we found the insurance that worked for me. So nice to have a broker there for you to answer questions when you need and go to work for you!
Had a great experience, i will be honest i am usually very unsure of online quotation services as you often end up with spam. But the experience with Surex Direct has been great. From day 1 I was talking with Annie who was thorough in her approach and she went over each and every detail and got me the best quotes. She is extremely polite and a joy to work with. Will be doing all of my insurance work with Surex going forward.
Tyler has been a huge help making sure my vehicle is covered by insurance. He has spent more than enough time sifting through insurers to find me a good rate. I had the best experience possible. I realized my insurance expired tommorow (8:30 pm is when i called which is pretty late) and needed to be covered for tomorrow , did a quote online through Surex and Alison called me back within 5 minutes of finishing my quote!
